Our office files insurance with several plans as participating providers. When you call our office please state your specific plan. If we are not participating with your particular insurance plan chances are we will still be able to file the services, as non-participating providers.
While we file your insurance as a courtesy, we cannot guarantee what benefits will pay, so we encourage you to contact your insurance company for your benefit information.

Vision Care Direct is a membership plan, NOT insurance. They welcome individuals and families with rates starting as low as $6.75/month!VCD is a simple, flexible, affordable vision plan designed to meet YOUR needs. You choose what you want to cover: exam, materials, or both.
EYE MED/ VSP/ SUPERIOR VISION
We are not providers for EYE MED, VSP, or SUPERIOR VISION plans. Since we are not on their pannel we are not allowed to file your claim for you. In order for you to be able to file with your vision plan you will need a paid in full reciept and paperwork from our office with insurance codes. We can supply you with the paperwork but it is up to you to mail it in for the reimbursement. We understand that this is a hassle on your part so Dr. Fiegel offers a 25% discount on your total charges.
